Built for readiness, not just storage

VendorGate tracks requirements such as insurance, W-9s, training and other vendor evidence, then combines those requirements with project-specific conditions and management authorization to show whether a vendor is cleared to work.

Security designed into the workflow

VendorGate is designed to keep vendor evidence organized without giving broad access to everyone. The platform combines private document storage, database-level access rules, role-based review permissions and traceable compliance decisions.

• Private document storage: Vendor files are stored in a private document vault rather than permanent public URLs.
• Short-lived document access: Current signed document links expire after five minutes.
• Scoped access: Customer and vendor users receive only the records permitted for their organization, role and vendor assignment.
• Role-based approvals: Reviews, corrections, waivers and authorization actions are restricted by role.
• Traceable decisions: Important review, waiver, onboarding and authorization activity is recorded in audit history.

These controls support the workflow; customers remain responsible for defining their requirements and deciding who is authorized to review or approve evidence.

Security controls reduce risk, but no software system can guarantee absolute security. VendorGate and StandardArc Systems do not currently claim independent SOC 2 certification or attestation.

Offer terms

Founders Annual covers one VendorGate customer workspace for a 12-month term and up to 100 active vendors. This introductory offer does not renew automatically. Renewal reminders are sent before the paid term ends. To continue paid functionality after the term, purchase a qualifying renewal. If the term expires without renewal, the workspace may become read-only until renewed.
